I’ve finally found what I can use this tumblog for consistently…my workout log! Get ready to be medium-whelmed!
So I’m doing Mark Rippetoe’s Starting Strength routine. It’s a 5x5 strength training type of workout, consisting of two workouts which alternate. The movements are multi-joint compound exercises so you better like squatting, bench pressing, dead lifting and shoulder pressing, because that’s pretty much the ‘meat’ of the routine so to speak.
Look out for updates 3 times a week, otherwise I give you permission to shout at me.
