Quick note on the formatting:

It goes “sets x reps @ weight (in pounds)” so 2 x 5 @ 45 would be 2 sets, 5 reps using 45 lbs in total (weight of the bar included).

  • 1 x 5 @ 65
  • 1 x 3 @ 80
  • 1 x 2 @ 100
  • 5 x 3 @ 120
